Planned AI tools include reply drafts that draw on the conversation, a shopper’s vehicle interests, and relevant inventory details. Your salesperson will be able to review and edit a draft before sending it.
We’re also planning follow-up recommendations and a CRM assistant for questions about customer history, finding information, and preparing the next step. The goal is to spend less time piecing together context and more time helping the customer.
