• Instagram: Instagram Business Account information (username, account ID, profile picture), account connection status to Facebook Pages, and engagement data for content published through our platform
• Social media access tokens are encrypted and stored securely. We only use these tokens to perform actions you explicitly authorize
• We do not access, store, or use your personal social media posts, messages, friends lists, or any content not directly related to business Pages and accounts you connect

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Process transactions and manage your account
• Send you technical notices and support messages
• Communicate with you about products, services, and promotions
• Monitor and analyze usage patterns to improve our platform

• Verify social media account connections and ensure proper integration functionality

Important: We only post content to social media platforms when you explicitly enable automatic posting, schedule a post, or manually trigger a post. You maintain full control over what content is published and when.

• You can reconnect the account at any time by authorizing access again
• You can also revoke our app's access directly through your Facebook Settings → Business Integrations
