No. There are no setup fees and no contracts. Your subscription is month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
If you’re not satisfied with Dealer Shock, request a refund and we’ll return your most recent monthly payment. The guarantee isn’t limited to your first month. It applies every month you’re subscribed. It covers Performance, Starter, and AI Group Site subscriptions. Managed Advertising is not covered.
When you cancel, you won’t be billed again and your service continues through the end of the month you’ve already paid for. When you request a refund, we return your most recent monthly payment and your service ends right away.
Yes. Each website has its own monthly subscription: $299 per site / month for Performance or $199 per site / month for Starter. Your Dealer Shock account can manage multiple sites.
Yes. Plans are selected separately for each site, so you can choose Performance for one website and Starter for another.
Both plans include a managed website, inventory management and syncing, lead management, general website analytics, and manual social posting tools. Performance also includes custom branding and website media, vehicle insights, contact activity insights, unfinished application recovery, automatic AI social posting, AI vehicle descriptions, Local Reach, and the AI Customer Assistant (coming soon). Starter includes general site analytics, but no breakdowns by vehicle or contact, and it does not include unfinished application recovery. The other additional features are also exclusive to Performance and AI Group Site.
We create or improve the assets your website needs for a polished, professional look. That can mean making a logo, refining or upscaling a low-quality one, or redesigning it with your approval. We also create and enhance website imagery and short videos, including AI-generated storefront and aerial-style visuals, to give your site a variety of media. Custom vehicle photo overlays and branded placeholders for vehicles without photos are included too. This work is included with Performance.
Starter uses the logos, photos, and videos you supply. Logo creation or enhancement, custom website imagery and videos, and custom vehicle overlays and placeholders are included only with Performance. For Starter, any overlays you want must already be applied to the vehicle images in your import feed, or applied manually before you upload images to Dealer Shock.
Yes. Dealer Shock builds custom group-level websites for dealer groups and franchise organizations. Because every group has a different structure and set of requirements, contact us for pricing.
No. Managed Advertising is a separate service with custom pricing based on your campaign, market, goals, and budget. It is available with or without a Dealer Shock website subscription.
